The purpose of Metro Gnome Lawn and Garden’s Privacy Policy is to protect our own and our clients’ privacy. In this policy Metro Gnome’s services include all quiet and emission free lawn mowing services, gardening services, and lawn care services. We currently operate exclusively in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
All logos, slogans, emissions mitigated trackers, and web-page content created by Metro Gnome, is protected by copyright with trademarks pending, and will not be distributed or shared, nor may be used, by any party other than Metro Gnome. Metro Gnome will not willingly disclose the details of any activities, content, locations of any project, or services commissioned by any client(s) unless explicitly permitted in writing to Metro Gnome by the client(s). No personal or professional information provided by the client(s) to Metro Gnome will be willingly shared or distributed to anyone for any reason, unless required by law, or to protect ours or another’s rights, property, or safety.
All agreements and financial transactions are closed to all groups and individuals outside of those directly participating in the project, to protect the privacy of both the client(s) and Metro Gnome. No part of any work may be recorded in any way, except by Metro Gnome, without permission of both the client(s) and Metro Gnome.
Any information provided to Metro Gnome through the www.metrognome.ca/contact website, or by clients as a part of a project, will be held by Metro Gnome for the duration of its existence and will be deleted or otherwise destroyed thereafter. Metro Gnome will use information provided through www.metrognome.ca/contact to contact those groups or individuals who request further information regarding Metro Gnome’s services, or to inform those who have provided us with their contact information about future projects, opportunities, or services with Metro Gnome.
